Todd,
Try going to http://merchant-solution.com/cgi-bin/reg_system.cgi (or the
appropriate URL). You *don't* want to invoke the templates directly;
instead, point your browser to the script and let the script build it's
output from the templates...

You will get my custom 404 page and this will show up as the URL

Same for any form in the template directory.
Does anybody know what the problem may be?
