This entire conversation is being predicated on us providing these
services. Not once has anyone made an explicit statement (aside from
examples) as to what these APS truly are.

My recommendation, to all involved, that they re-read my comments and not
worry about what might be, but what is. My other recommendation is
specifically for you Marc, don't wait for us to do anything if you have a
specific opportunity staring you in the face.
