Administrative Contact?

Hi,

Who should I enter as Administrative Contact for domains? I thought to
set the "owner" (=my customer) as registrant, and us as
Administrative, Technical and Billing Contacts.

Which "rights" does the Administrative Contact have? Shall I set the
owner the Administrative Contact?

Is there any difference between COM/NET/ORG/CA/CO.UK/ORG.UK regarding
this manner?
