I've noticed that several 3rd level .CA domains where we've upgraded them to .CA aren't appearing yet in the .CA root servers. Same with some early Advance Registrations -- they also have already agreed to the Terms/Conditions on Nov 8, and as of Nov 11 (72 hours later), they still aren't in the .CA root servers. Any idea what is happening?
