Hi all
Has anyone had difficulty getting transfers of domains from Totalnic in
Australia? I have found there service to be one of the worse. After
weeks of trying to change DNS and contact names, I decided just to
transfer to opensrs. It has been over a week so far and no comment.
Previous requests for information or changes have taken up to months (if
at all). They were OK when they first started up, but for the last year
or so they are very slow.
I am transferring all my domains from them ( only a couple left).
We even went the route, on a request, of wanting to fax them the request
on company stationary (no fax number on their web site) and that
response took 3 weeks just to get their fax number.
Anyone have a secret password or handshake they could share? :-)
