Open reg_system.cgi in your text editor
Search for this line:
$HTML{PERIOD_LIST} = build_select_menu(\%REG_PERIODS,1);
Change it to:
$HTML{PERIOD_LIST} = build_select_menu(\%REG_PERIODS,2);
Put a quarter in the tip jar on your way out.
