www.wholesaleurl.com has a bulk nameserver modification thingy in their
manage script. You can login to your pro file there. It is limited to a
certain number of domains, but hopefully it will work for you.
If you can't do the modification with their scripts, I've got components to
throw together a script to do this for a fee.
