resubmit to registry removed?

Hi,

I just noticed that the "resubmit to registry" feature is missing for 
canadian domains which timeout failing owner approval. This as a nice 
widget, why was it removed?

It would also be nice to implement the same thing for timed-out 
registrar transfers.
