I just leased a Cert number for 1 yr. from the Tucows/Entrust program
and received by email the instructions to go and agree to the
Entrust.net SSL Web Server Certificate Subscription Agreement. My
Question is what if we don't want to Opt-in to there program to receive
exciting information from third parties who might buy my name from their
database? There subscription agreement states at the end "You
acknowledge that the foregoing information as contained in the Databases
may be licensed by Entrust.net or its Subcontractor to third parties who
may offer You business products and services."
I really don't want to pay $100.00 per year to on yet another spam list.
