I continue to get complaints from registrants of domain names no longer
registered at Tucows that they are receiving renewal notices.

I understand OpenSRS is having difficulty deleting transferred domain names
from the database. I have gone to a great deal of trouble to identify all
the domain names in my reseller list that have been transferred to other
registrars, and I have marked them all "Let domain expire (without further
notification)".

Apparently that flag does not work, because the contacts for these domain
names are getting the notices anyway.

To OpenSRS:

      YOU ARE MAKING YOUR RSP'S LOOK LIKE IDIOTS!

 (I for one don't need any help in this regard.)  If you can't stop sending
renewal notices for transferred domain names, at least respect your "Let
domain expire" flag!

I know it's "high on the priority list".  But does anything on that list
ever actually get fixed?  Please allot five minutes for one of your
programmers to enter one line of code to check the flag before sending a
renewal notice. Please!
