I sent this question to Entrust Support... Received the following two responses fairly quickly (NB: Manon is a French name). Hello Darryl, The solution is to call Cobalt directly for the chain certificate. Cobalt doesn't want to give us the instruction since we have to install the cert in the back end of the application. I have been referring my client to Cobalt since they will do it for their customer. We are not able to help our customer with the chain certificate at this moment but I am working on it to find the instruction. Thanks Manon Huot Operation Specialist Entrust Technologies [EMAIL PROTECTED] Hello Darryl, I can't promised you that it will work but ask your customer to try it out. Type this line in your httpsd.conf file manually where the all the SSL Certificate file path are: SSLCACertificateFile/usr/local/apache/conf/ssl.crt/entrust-ca.crt - recent version of Apache 1.3.14 above SSLCertificateChainFile /usr/local/apache/conf/ssl.crt/entrust-ca.crt - old version of Apache 1.3.14 below Let me know if it still doesn't work.
