Remember, this is supposed to be a *worldwide* market -- and there is some
4 billion individuals on this planet, I believe the last estimate was...

53 million of 4 billion?  That's less than 2%.

About the legality: if the products are being sold as being globally
visible, they are bordering on fraudulent sales.  Of course, if they are
actively stating that not everyone in the world can see it, then they're
not doing anything wrong.
