Its worth pointing out at this point in the thread I believe that the 
backlash against such types of things (intentionally bad WHOIS data, 
incomplete or completely missing WHOIS servers) has led to 
"whois.rfc-ignorant.org", blacklisting domains (including entire 
ccTLD's like "uk", "tv", etc.) with bad, incomplete or missing WHOIS 
data.

Submitted solely as a piece of data on the other end of the scale ...
