I received one of these and it was marked as From: Ken Joy so I replied
directly to him with my questions...
CIRA is hopeless. I think overall, .ca has been a loss-center since the
beginning simply because of the administrative overhead. I guess this is how
they keep the namespace from becoming too crowded.
