Here are a few suggestions that would be great when implemented (some
already mentioned!):
1. Easier to upgrade to newer client versions
2. More complimentary services i.e.
domain parking
domain forwarding
etc.
3. Ability to delete domains within the 4-5 day window either for a partial
(50%) refund to the RSP or non
4. Email notification when there is a change in the dns
5. The ability of the RSP to edit a clients domain information if the client
gives permission i.e. a series of check boxes, one for each data group i.e.
[] admin info
[] technical info
[] dns info
etc.
That way that my client can chose which information I will be able to
administer for him from my resellers interface. This would simplify my
administrative tasks.
6. Handles or something similar. So if I make a change to my technical
information in one spot it would affect all domains (in the OpenSRS system)
that use it)
7. If a transfer fails the information should not be lost. It would be great
if there was a different list called "View Failed Transfers" that the
information gets sent to if a transfer fails. And from there the RSP can
resubmit the transfer request.
Or another option would be to place the Failed Transfer in the View Declined
Orders area for resubmission.
Of Course the RSP has to be notified via email that the transfer failed.
