Actually had a meeting today about this (amongst other things).  What
we're going to do is format all the tech contact numbers (which are
typically the ones put in automagically) properly, altering them for other
suppliers where necessary on the fly (CIRA, for example, chokes on .info's
specific phone number format)...

In the coming weeks or so...
