We will remove a domain from hold in order for the domain to be transfered
away from us - we're not into holding domains hostage.

However, if once the domain becomes active, if it is not transfered away,
the system will remove the domain at day -40

Also - due to RRP rules, if a domain is renewed to take it off hold and
subsequently transfered within 45 days of expiry (VeriSign Registry Renew
Grace Period for Expired Names), we will not refund the renewal (as it
doesn't stick if transfered within 45 days of expiry). Reasoning for this
is explained above - let us know, we'll let the domain go (or, they could
just pay for another year and love the service they're getting *grin*)
