Not me. If you're concerned about people mistaking the reseller info for a domain contact, then why stick it in the middle of the registrant contact info? I think it's fine where it currently is. There is no location that is going to please everyone, and since only a couple people have complained about the location, I assume that most RSPs on this list prefer it where it is. But I could certainly be wrong. :-)
