Here's something I whipped together - this is a "work around" (i.e. not
using the API), but it gives you a sneaky way of doing it (only works with
frames, those that attempt to break out of frames will see the oogliness of
our boring pages):

If you wish to have your customers go to your own website to approve
transfers, you can follow the instructions below:

1) Setup your machine to load our transfers page in a frame:

- You will need two bits of HTML code. One will be a frame reference, or a
reference within a group of frames:

<FRAMESET COLS="*,0" FRAMEBORDER=0 BORDER=0 FRAMESPACING=0>
    <FRAME SRC="transfers.html">
</FRAMESET>

- Setting up multiple frames is beyond the scope of this document. Suffice
it to say that one frame must reference a file (for example, transfers.html)
with the following content therein:

<META HTTP-EQUIV="refresh" CONTENT="0;
url=https://rr-n1-tor.opensrs.net/transfers/index.cgi?rid=XXXX";>

- The XXX after rid is your reseller id number - this is only used if you've
got custom transfer page setup, and can be obtained by sending a test
transfer request to one of your email addresses (from the live system).

**NOTE TO SCOTT AND KEN** - we have to have a better way for the reseller to
determine their ID... I'm working on it...

2) Setup a custom logo on the transfers page:

- Login to the Resellers' Web Interface: http://resellers.opensrs.net/
- Select "Transfer Management"
- Select "Customize Transfer Page"

Here you may upload an image which will appear on the transfers page. This
image must be less than 20k

You may also include some text that will show up on the transfer
approve/deny pages.

3) Configure Message to include your transfer URL:

- Login to the Resellers' Web Interface: http://resellers.opensrs.net
- Select "Transfer Management"
- Select "Transfers To/Away From Your Account" under "End-User Messaging"
- There is a section for "Transfer web URL" - you may place the URL to the
location you setup in section 1
