As I've stated in other emails recently, we believe we have tracked down
the solution to this (and are working very hard at it), but with such a
small staff working over the weekends we're reluctant to proceed without a
full compliment of dev/ops/QA people to ensure that any fixes do not
affect any other part of the system.
