.ca registration problem

We keep getting a server time out error when attempts are made at registering .ca domains. The registration does make it to CIRA though, and it shows up as pending at Opensrs. Unfortunately, the error message seems to kill the credit card process and the charge doesn't go through. I was wondering if anyone else had experienced the same problem and had found a way around it.     Thank-you,   Dennis Hisey
