RW This means that kirin.biz is one of the .biz pre-registrations with multiple applicants for the same name...as a result, the registry is placing all names on hold due to the pending lawsuit against them. The proposed plan is that NeuLevel will run a random selection process (similar to Afilias) in March 2002 to determine the successful registrants for the names. We will be announcing today that we are still working out legal details and should have a more comprehensive answer next week.
