I misread it. For some reason I thought the original registration was
with Netsol and has since come over to you after expiry, I think the
2 year term and mailed invoice threw me.
In our Terms of Service we stipulate that it is the customer's
responsiblity to keep the email address on file with us current.
Then we say:
The Applicant understands that easyDNS will make a best efforts basis to
notify Applicant of upcoming domain renewals and expirations. Such
notification will be made via email to the address on file in the
Applicant's member settings. It is the Applicant's responsibility to
keep these member settings current. easyDNS is not responsible for domains
de-activated, expired or deleted as a result of invalid or outdated member
data.
We have had one domain get deleted by a customer who mistyped his email
address in his member settings. He emailed us telling us we were
incompetent and he would sue us, then I emailed him the log entries
showing invoices and reminder invoices being sent to his mispelled email
address and we've never heard back since.
