There's no mechanism to email/report to the end user.  You can send him a
screen shot/dump from the pre-reg search pages that you have acecss to, if
that will suffice.

With the very short time that pre-registrations are available, we tend to
give minimal tools to prevent wasting resources better used for handling
the creation of the 'real-time' version of the product.  Hope this makes
sense.
