no, since those bounce messages may be crucial when a customer claims no 
messages were send, we tend to print and save them full headers included.

positive in a sense of customer binding, but not that customer friendly, a 
site can go down due to  million reasons, which would render the customer 
helpless.
I would suggest if that much work is invested a er-direct from the general 
manage interface (automated) would be better, if that doesn't work the 
general one kicks in and the customer does not loose his ability to 
administer his domain.
