Seems to be a "Parking" service... For the $5.95 fee you are just claiming
you are the renter, possibly to have it as your property to re-sell without
having to pay higher fees when you do nothing with it. Might be good for
someone buying hundreds of names for re-sale. Dunno... I would be curious to
know how many people use it... If you want to use it for a site though,
looks like you have to pay a $3.99 cents more.  So to actually use it for a
site, $9.94 total cost.. Strange concept....! ;)  Plus $3.99 payment if you
want to change the DNS settings or have mail forwarding. Total at this
point: $13.93   So to have the services that most of us provide, they charge
$13.93 a year it looks like....  Seems to me that would be confusing to most
people.
