There is some data export stuff coming out in the relatively near future. In the interim, there was some Curl and NET::SSLeay/LWP tools posted here a while back that will login to the RWI for you and parse through all the information you need - they made need some modifications to make up for alterations to the RWI since they were written.
You'll have to do some searches in the archives for that.
