.info without nameservers

I hope this is a simple question only:

Am I obliged by (Afilias?/Tucows?) to keep all nameservers alive for
.info domains, or is it allowed to have .info-domains (after successful registration)
without nameservers (=removing nameservers)?

What about .biz?
