Hrm... it appears that this isn't broken, the note you are seeing is from the previous order (this was a declined order that you've resubmitted)
So, the previous order was cancelled on the 5th, but since you renewed the order (we keep the domain notes), it was sent to the registry on the 7th, so it is pending registry approval. I'll pass you the exact order # that's pending off list.
