Hrm... at https://manage.opensrs.net, using MSIE, Netscape, Opera, and variants on Mac and Linux, I could not see this problem.
If you're using a different manage.cgi, you may have templates that are broken (in the form/table areas) or if you're using someone else's manage.cgi (i.e. NOT manage.opensrs.net) then their system may be fiddled. But it all looks fine for me.
