This is the response I got directly from Neulevel

"The customer will receive multiple notifications over a period of time
(they
are currently been sent out), however the customer can login and proceed on
all of the applications (even the applications they have not received a
notice for) as long as the user name is the same for all of their
applications."

Loren - please email me offlist on the domains that you are having problems
with (I suggest you email Support as well) to see if this isn't an isolated
case, or you have some misinformation.
