I'm trying to transfer a domain from NSI for a client.  His on-record email
address was defunct, so I contacted his old ISP and we're having the address
forwarded to myself until the transfer goes through.  We've already tried
this once, about a month ago, and NSI denied the transfer.

On OpenSRS web page, there a required field to be filled with a Daytime
Phone number.  Is it safe to place my own phone number there, or does this
need to match up with the registrant's phone?  Does NSI actually contact the
registrant by telephone now?
