http://resellers.tucows.com/opensrs/documentation Basically you want to setup the Perl Client code on your systems, this allows bulk_order and bulk_transfer capability. The default "template" for our client code has credit card fields, but we do nothing with this data (the onus is on yourself to setup credit card payment or something to obtain payment from your customers). If you wish to use this for yourself, you can setup the client code to not accept payment (be sure only you can access this), as it will take money from your OpenSRS account that you've already paid.
