I for one can accept Ross' answer to this question. I would not wish any business between my RSP and OpenSRS disclosed by OpenSRS without my express permission.
The track record of OpenSRS has been to support the channel, and make every reasonable attempt to keep the RSP's happy. They are aware of enom and the other competition that is trying to woo away OpenSRS customers. They are aware that we can get better wholesale pricing elsewhere. The prevailing arguement has always been 'you get what you pay for' and I firmly believe that if something has happened that shouldn't have that OpenSRS will fix it immediately and take steps to insure it does not happen again. Let's not jump the gun. Michael On Mon, 3 Jun 2002, Ross Wm.
