This sort of thing is becoming chronic. Verisign's call center staff seem to be specifically trained to stonewall and frustrate customers so much that they finally give in and renew with Verisign. Any pointers from folks out there on dealing with them? Is there anyone these jokers are answerable to that would make a difference? Scott
