Some of the strong indications of fraud from this message:

* orders from a country not placed through a registrar in the same country
(card issuers charge currency conversion fees)
* threats of chargebacks
* requests to hurry the order
* vague hints of future business
* broken English (in this case, I'd say Indonesian)
* anonymous e-mail provider
* excuses for failed address/name match

Usually you only get a few of these hints, you've been blessed with the
whole range! (Obviously any of these taken individually don't necessarily
indicate fraud)

In these cases where you even need to raise the question 'is it fraud?',
it is safest just to void the card authorization and walk away. I have
found that the very minor amount of honest business lost through this
practice is more than offset by savings in chargebacks and related labor.
