That would be Heather Carle - she is their spokesperson. The future of IDN's
in any TLD is up for grabs right now - especially w/dotORG. IIRC, the last
round of recommendations that came from wherever stated that there is no
real reason why the registry operator for any given current ASCII TLD should
be the automatic operator of the IDN tld. IMHO, that makes a ton of sense
and needs to be thought about by the community before we rashly move ahead
with further pre-launch hoohah like we did two years ago.
