I think, there will be no problem at all, if you tell your clients, to register
only domains for business purpuses and if you will discourage all registrations
for politics, by speculators and 'sex + gambling'.
Discussion seems to ignore that the 'only' problem in the past was the blocking of
IPs within China (for chinese users). It was not a domain problem but was a
'how to access content of a site' problem, a internet access problem within China.
