Mea culpa....

No message is sent when adding a domain to an existing CIRA
profile.  However, in this instance, you simply saved the order
(which is the default action in the quickstart GUI), and the
domain was in pending (thank you for offlist assistance in
verifying this)

Of course, the system response when you Save or Process is EXACTLY
the same (oops), so I'll get an enhancement logged to get that
repaired so it's a little less ambiguous.

And now I own yet another .ca domain (all these tests, ack!!)
