The FTC recently got $300,000 out of the Goolnik chap who also duplicated .usa and .god. And the .us sld's are not in some of the .us digs i've done so from what I can see this will result in collissions in the .us tld. We can can of course thank ICANN for all of this. they were the first to collide with the original .biz and it's been a doogs breakfast ever since.
