In addition, Verisign has the motive as it is playing both sides of the fence - as Registry and as Registrar..
I'll bet the world that Verisign Registry will not rotate the registrations that are produced equally through all the Registrars that it is supposed to support.. Once again, this demonstrates that Verisign should relinquish either the Registry functions or Registrar functions (or preferably both), and that having the Registry also operate as one of the competitive Registrars is a VERY BAD thing..
