Are there any issues with transferring away multiligual com/net domains? I have a customer who regularly registers them and then sells them on Ebay. Now the first one may get transferred away. I told them beforehand that it may not work, but now I need to know. I suppose it won't work at all if the gaining registrar doesn't support multilinguals, but are there any restrictions set by the registry (f.i. because they still use RACE, although it should get converted to punycode)?
