The Center is located at: http://helpcenter.tucows.com. Our new end-user
support center has information on the gTLDs and ccTLDs along with general
domain management information on subjects such as transfers and renewals,
logging into manage.opensrs.net and changing contact information. This new
help center is designed to reduce support related phone calls and emails
(and attendant costs) to our resellers, and will
provide accurate and timely information to your clients.
This doesn't work. It returns the message:
If you are seeing a blank page, it is because you are running a pop-up
manager that forbids pop-ups from this site. In order to use the Help
Center , you will need to allow popups from the tucows.com domain. Please
check the help documentation for your Web browser or pop-up manager for
information on allowing popups.
How arrogant!
I'm using Safari with the "please disable the bloody annoying unsolicited
pop-ups that I did not request by clicking on a link" feature turned on.
Is the help center designed to be inaccessible to everyone but those who
choose to run a user-agent with Javascript support and window.open()
functionality wide open?
