Yeah, but they could easily register a few domains here and there, $500/year
wouldn't be a big deal either, and I bet there are a lot of legitimate
resellers that spend less.

A non-competitive clause, sure, but what's the point?

More importantly, the thing that sets OpenSRS apart isn't the prices, or
even the policies in general, but more the open attitude, the focus on
resellers, and the reasonably high level of customer service.
