I second this. We also have had responses from customers who don't understand that it's just an ICANN mandated thing that's sent to everyone, even if they don't have fraudulent/inaccurate info. It needs to be made clear that the message is merely a verification that is sent to everyone who owns a domain name every year. I added this info to our footer, but as I had guessed, people stop reading after the "signature" part.
