Yes, OpenSRS mail is down; both via client and the WebMail interface... No maintenance window is noted in any reseller updates... The machine 216.40.35.34 (webmaillogin.com) is not reachable on the 'net.
This, and the more-than-a-day-long SMTP issue a few weeks ago are encroaching on the "99.99% availability"... unless we're talking about geologic time here...
