Hi Kai, We imported all of the certificates into the new system that were expiring, but I am not sure if this is the situation for this particular cert, as we have not allowed ordering of certs the "old way" since beginning of 2003 (so the timing doesn't add up)
There are a few things we can do to help you out, but more details will be required to track this cert down. If you could contact support and give them the information about the cert, they'll be able to help you out.
