Hello,
Actually, .UK domains do not follow the normal transfer process.
In order to transfer a .uk domain into your RSP account, the domain owner must first contact the current registrar and ask them to change the IPS Tag to TUCOWS-CA. If the current Registrar is unable or unwilling to make the change, please contact Nominet directly at: http://www.nominet.org.uk and they will help make the change.
When the tag change is completed, use "Transfer a domain" on http://resellers.opensrs.net to add domain to your RSP account will be added within 24 hrs. There is no charge for .uk transfers however a 2 year renewal will be processed automatically if the domain is already expired.
If contact changes are required after the transfer completes, simply fill out the form completely. If you set contact changes to: No, only the Admin Email address is required and the existing contact info will be used.
You may want to review the .UK section of the New User Guide found at: http://rrc.tucows.com/documentation for a complete overview of the .UK registry's operation. It behaves differently than COM/NET and it's important to understand the various technical and business issues.
Hope this clears things up

Hi all,
We're transferring in some co.uk's and need to double check the admin contact email as they are failing on registry approval. I thought this was visible for them when ordering, in the same way as .com's but I must be mistaken.
Is there anything we can do to double check the recipient of the transfer request besides checking back with the current RSP?
Thanks for your help
Nick
