I understand the point of respecting the policy, and that is ok with me. But having an english paragraph in the middle of a french text is rather odd...

This section is one that we did not believe should be changed, for policy
reasons.  However, what you can do is use the customizable section
directly
below the mandatory section you are referring to and add the French
translation as a separate paragraph to begin that section (or to replace
the
entire section with only your translation.

Isn't there a way to change this message ? 99.9 percent of our clients
speaks french, and I would like to be able to traduce the paragraph
