They unlocked it for me. It's just annoying to have to ask. MyValueHost
has great tech support but it's a shame they won't let you use the
tucowse interface. Their custom job is just not as good.

I have two domains at myvaluehost.com that I need to un-lock.
MyValueHost does not have an option for unlocking domains and the user
names and passwords they have assigned will not work at tucows.
Anyone from myvaluehost or tucows on the list I'd like to manage my
domains, pclivehelp.com and pclivesupport.com
